specialized services. We can directly convert materials into an
electronic format for loading onto customer database systems. NetEc
works with publishers to convert magazines, manuals, manuscripts and other
publications. NetEc works with simple names and addresses, which
are used for direct marketing, in-house mailing lists or other marketing
plans. NetEc specializes in surveys and can interpret the most
difficult of handwriting. NetEc has the technology to convert thousands of
documents daily into an electronic text file or electronic image file.
We can also provide OCR/ICR analysis, which works well with forms processing,

and key verification, NetEc also uses sophisticated computer validations and
table look-ups. All work is batched and monitored through the entire
process to ensure that it is following the client specifications. We
follow strict quality assurance and monitor the quality of the work and
operator performance. Production Capability
NetEc maintains two
shifts and has the flexibility to employ a third shift to increase
output. NetEc maintains two full time engineers and programmers which
offer preventative and system maintenance. Relationships with key
